1.2 Purpose
“Personal Data”: means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (hereinafter referred to as “data subject”); an “identifiable natural person” is deemed to be a natural person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier, such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier, etc.
“Terms of Use” – “TOU”: means these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy

In the interest of transparency and full information, we would like to present to you below the procedure for handling your claim.
Study of the complaint
If the complaint concerns the management of the life insurance contract itself and not the conditions of subscription/membership or the follow-up of the client, then it will be transmitted to the Insurance Company which manages the contract. Furthermore, within our Company and depending on your requests, your complaint will be handled either by the Customer Service Department or by the Legal Department.
Processing time
As of the reception of your complaint, we will inform you of the good reception of this one under 10 working days maximum. We will provide you with a response to your claim within a maximum of 2 months, once we are in possession of all the elements necessary to study your case. If, due to special circumstances, we are unable to process your claim within this timeframe, please be assured that you will be informed.
Recourse against the answer given
In case of rejection or refusal to grant your claim in whole or in part, you have the right to refer to Mediation Solution.
